Monetane builds software for live events. It is the part nobody in the crowd ever thinks about — which is the point, because it only gets noticed when it goes wrong.
Why we built it
Event software was written for buildings
Nearly every ticketing system in this industry was designed around a venue with walls, numbered seats, and a box office with a desk in it. Those assumptions start falling apart the moment your event happens in a field.
Outdoor events work the other way round. The site is different every year. How many people you can let in is a decision, not a seat count. Most of your team is seasonal and works from a phone, spread across a lot of ground.
So we built it for that instead: one system covering the tickets, the payments, the day, and the money — running on your own Stripe account, in language your seasonal staff can follow on their first shift.

One number, one place
If two screens can disagree about how many people are on site, we have built it wrong. The day, the tickets, and the money all read from the same records.
Built for a field, not a desk
We design for someone standing outside at night on a phone with 14% battery, wearing gloves. If it works there, it will work in an office.
We never touch your money
You bring your own Stripe account and payments land in it directly. We are not in the middle, so we do not take a percentage and there is nothing for us to pay out to you later.
We will tell you if we are wrong for you
If Monetane is not a good fit for your event, we would rather say so while you are deciding than find out together three weeks into setup.
Someone answers on event days
Things go wrong at twenty to eight on a Saturday, not on a Tuesday morning. That is when a person picks up.
Plain language, including in the product
Most of your team is seasonal and has a shift to get through. Buttons should say what they do, and nobody should need training to scan a ticket.
Keeping your data safe
You are trusting us with a day you cannot run again
Your gate and your takings both go through us on a day that only happens once. Here is how we treat that.
People only get what they need
Access matches real jobs — gate, box office, vendor, promoter, finance. New people start with the least they need to do their shift, not with everything.
Your data is encrypted
Everything is encrypted on the way to us and while we store it. Card details never touch our systems — they stay with your payment provider.
A record of who did what
Changes to numbers, free tickets, refunds, and access are all saved with a name and a time, and you can export the lot.
Nothing gets lost
If something goes wrong on our side, the worst case is a delay, not a missing sale or a person who cannot get in.
