Platform

One platform for the entire event lifecycle

Monetane brings event operations, ticketing, and sales tracking into a single cloud application, with offline-first admission that keeps gates moving when connectivity does not.

01

Operations

The site, the schedule, and the people running it, coordinated from a single plan that every team is working against.

Run of show

  • Timelines with dependencies, holds, and cut-off times
  • Weather and safety contingencies prepared in advance
  • Change log so late adjustments are visible to everyone

Crew management

  • Shift scheduling by role, zone, and certification
  • Mobile clock-in with geofencing and handover notes
  • Live headcount against plan, zone by zone

Site & suppliers

  • Vendor, contractor, and supplier coordination
  • Asset and inventory tracking across the footprint
  • Incident logging with a timestamped audit trail
02

Ticketing

Inventory, sales channels, and admission in one system, from the first release through to the last walk-up.

Inventory & release

  • Tiered releases with automatic roll-over
  • Presales, access codes, and waiting lists
  • Promoter, artist, and sponsor allocations with holds

Sales channels

  • Branded checkout through your own payment processor
  • Timed entry, session capacity, and add-ons
  • Box office, will-call, and day-of walk-up sales
  • Refunds, exchanges, upgrades, and name changes

Admission

  • Offline-first scanning on standard mobile hardware
  • Wristband and RFID association at the gate
  • Duplicate detection across every device on site
  • Re-entry rules by zone, tier, and time window
03

Sales tracking

Every transaction on site recorded on one ledger — priced, allocated, and ready for settlement.

Live reporting

  • Gross and net by gate, vendor, hour, and channel
  • Food, beverage, and merchandise attach rates
  • Per-capita spend measured against target

Financial handling

  • Fee, tax, and levy rules configured per event
  • Promoter, artist, and venue splits calculated continuously
  • Multi-entity and multi-currency events

After the event

  • Settlement packs generated from the live ledger
  • Exports formatted for your accounting system
  • Year-over-year comparison from real event data

Reliability

The gate does not stop when the network does

Cloud-native does not have to mean cloud-dependent. Offline admission is the difference between a queue that keeps moving and an incident that has to be managed.

Manifest held on device

Each scanner carries the full ticket manifest and validates admission locally, typically in under 300 milliseconds, with or without a connection.

Cross-device duplicate detection

Devices reconcile with one another over any available path. As soon as two scanners connect, duplicate attempts are surfaced and flagged.

Ordered reconciliation

Queued transactions carry device identifiers and timestamps, so the ledger replays events in the sequence they actually occurred.

Architecture

How the platform is put together

The decisions that are difficult to change later, made deliberately at the outset.

Offline-first by design

Offline admission is a core property of the platform rather than a fallback added later. It is available on every plan and every device.

One database, three views

Operations, ticketing, and revenue read and write the same records, so a capacity change updates the gate, the sales page, and the forecast simultaneously.

Roles that match the site

Permissions are modelled on how events actually staff — box office, gate lead, operations manager, vendor, promoter, finance — with least privilege by default.

Documented API and webhooks

REST endpoints and event webhooks for anything you need to move elsewhere, whether that is a data warehouse, a CRM, or internal tooling.

Configuration you can reuse

Events repeat. Duplicate a previous configuration — gates, tiers, crew roles, vendor terms — and adjust only what has changed.

Audit trail as a first-class record

Capacity changes, comp issues, refunds, permission grants, and device admissions are all recorded with actor and timestamp, and remain exportable.
